- Developed and implemented a Grievance Solution Manager project to address and resolve user grievances effectively. - Understood project requirements to design and develop GUI pages for seamless user experience. - Utilized Python 3.11 and MySQL 8.0 to code and integrate 3 modules - HR, Admin, and Employee - to streamline grievance management. - Implemented validation for all fields in GUI pages to ensure accurate and error-free data entry. - Conducted rigorous unit testing for each functionality to identify and rectify any bugs or issues. - Collaborated with team members on an individual basis to successfully deliver the project.
